Integrated glass processing
Xionggang operates more than 100 major machines within a purpose-built plant of approximately 70,000 m². The equipment network covers raw-glass storage, cutting, edging, tempering, laminating, insulating glass unit assembly, ceramic frit processing and finished-product storage.
Five automated CNC lines connect cutting, edging, tempering and IGU production into coordinated workflows. The overall plant has stated processing capacity above 3.5 million m² per year.

Fire-rated glass tempering
A matrix mid-infrared forced-convection system moves glass in one direction through loading, heating, quenching and unloading stages.
The line processes soda-lime-silicate and borosilicate fire-rated glass, as well as float and Low-E glass for full tempering or heat strengthening. Its continuous flow is designed for consistent stress distribution, optical quality and production throughput.

In-house fire test centre
The computer-controlled burn-test furnace uses a Siemens control system to collect temperature, pressure and real-time test data.
The centre measures fire integrity, thermal insulation and fire-resistance duration for monolithic and laminated fire-rated glass, Class A insulating products and Class C non-insulating products.

Fire-resistance durations assessed: 30, 60, 90, 120 and 180 minutes.
