Architectural glass manufacturing in Chengdu

Sichuan Xionggang Glass Co., Ltd. was established in December 2000. Today the company operates from a purpose-built plant of approximately 70,000 m² in Xinjin District, Chengdu, with more than 100 major machines and stated glass-processing capacity above 3.5 million m² per year.

The company employs approximately 300 people, with technical personnel accounting for more than 70% of the team. Its product range supports façades, fire-rated openings, windows, doors and interior applications.

Investment & capability

Built around integrated production

Continued equipment investment has created an integrated flow from intelligent raw-glass storage through cutting, edging, tempering, laminating, IGU assembly and finished-product handling.

Dedicated lines serve monolithic and laminated fire-rated glass, while an in-house fire test centre measures integrity, insulation and fire-resistance duration against the cited GB test methods.
